I’m baring a childhood of hidden abuse, teenage years of failed social acceptance, and an early adulthood of not caring about myself.

The belief that because of the early years, I wasn’t worth the time, mine or anyone else’s. I know better now.

The BARE Experience:
When I first saw my photos, I was so disappointed.
Not in the photographer, but in the subject.
The process I went through to accept what I saw
was one of the most terrifying, heart-breaking,
soul-mending, life-changing experiences person could ever have.

I am so thankful for the opportunity.
