I was honored to win 2nd Place in the 2017 South Dakota Newspaper Association's Better Newspaper Contest for my Feature Series on Whiteclay.

I was also honored to win 1st Place for a photo series I did called 'A Hero Comes Home' which covered the return of a Lakota soldier's remains to Pine Ridge for burial.
